At iCareFix, we aim to provide reliable repair services and quality replacement parts. Certain repairs and replacement parts may be covered by a limited warranty.
The applicable warranty period and coverage may vary depending on the device, repair type, replacement part, and service performed.
1. Warranty Eligibility
Warranty is available only for eligible repairs or replacement parts.
The applicable warranty period may be stated on the customer’s invoice, service receipt, warranty card, or other official service documentation.
2. What the Warranty Covers
Where applicable, the warranty generally covers the specific repair or replacement part for the issue for which the service was performed.
A warranty claim does not automatically cover unrelated problems that develop after the original repair.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty may not apply to problems caused by:
- Accidental damage
- Physical damage
- Broken or cracked components
- Liquid or water damage
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Tampering
- Improper use
- Excessive heat
- Electrical damage
- Software or user-related issues
- Damage caused after the original repair
- Any unrelated fault
4. Display Warranty
Replacement display warranty, where applicable, may become void if the display is physically damaged, cracked, broken, exposed to liquid, or otherwise damaged after installation.
Customers should inspect the device and report any relevant issue as soon as possible.
5. Battery Warranty
Battery replacement warranty, where applicable, covers eligible battery-related issues subject to testing.
Warranty does not normally cover battery problems caused by physical damage, liquid exposure, improper charging, unauthorized modification, or misuse.
6. Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty support:
- Contact iCareFix.
- Provide your invoice or service documentation.
- Submit the device for inspection.
- Allow our technicians to diagnose the reported issue.
- If the issue qualifies under the warranty, the applicable warranty service will be provided.
7. Warranty Inspection
A warranty claim must be inspected before approval.
Submitting a device for warranty review does not automatically mean that the claim will be accepted.
8. Warranty Limitations
Warranty applies only to the eligible repair or component covered by the original service.
It does not guarantee that every future problem with the device will be repaired free of charge.
9. Proof of Purchase
Customers should retain their invoice, receipt, or other proof of service.
Warranty claims may require valid service documentation.
10. Policy Updates
iCareFix may update this warranty policy when necessary. The latest version published on this page will apply to future services unless otherwise stated.
